Your code came with your table’s invitation. It keeps this list to people we actually invited. Lost it? Email us and we will send it again.

Questions

What does the fee cover?

Six nights accommodation in George, every meal, the three Garden Route excursions, the clubhouse visits, the welcome evening, the closing banquet, and all local transport during the week. Flights to South Africa, travel insurance and personal spending are yours.

Why is the price in rand and not euro?

Card payments in South Africa are charged in rand. Your bank converts it at their rate when you pay, so the euro figure on your statement will land close to the rand price but not exactly on it. We would rather show you the real number than quote a euro price with our own margin buried in it.

How do I actually get to George?

George Airport only handles domestic flights. Most people fly into Cape Town or Johannesburg and connect from there, which is a short hop. If you would rather drive, Cape Town to George is about four and a half hours along the coast and it is a good drive in its own right.

Getting to George is up to you. If you fly into George Airport, give us your landing time on the form and we will collect you and take you to the hotel. We drop you back at George Airport at the end, too.

What is the weather like in March?

Late summer here. Warm in the day and cooler once the sun goes down. Bring something light for the evenings, and do not be surprised if you get one wet day. The coast is like that in March.

Can I bring children?

Yes. Under 12s pay the reduced rate and do everything the rest of us do. Put their ages on the form though, because a couple of the activities have minimum ages and we would rather know now than on the day.

What happens after I submit the form?

You get a booking reference straight away, by email too, and choose how to pay: by card through Yoco, or by bank transfer using your reference. Your place is confirmed once the payment is in. Your card details never touch this site.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancel before 1 January 2027 and you get a full refund. Before 1 February, 50% back. Before 1 March, 25% back. From 1 March we cannot refund anything, because by then the hotels and operators have been paid. To cancel, email us. The date your email reaches us is the date that counts, and refunds go back the same way you paid.
